WINTER 7v7 REGISTRation

Please complete this Google Form in its entirety. You only need to complete it once per season. You are also required to get your player a PLAYER ID CARD through ZORTS.  (Step 3)

Season Fee & Uniform-$250

The tournaments we play in does there age verifications through a third party platform called ZORTS. You must create an account for your athlete and upload the required identification and school documents. Player certifications last for one calendar year. If you are a returning player please log in and check your status. All certifications must be verified and be up to date prior to the first tournament. 

Future U Football will use the Band App as our official communication platform for team messages, schedules, and updates once practices begin. All players and families will be required to join their assigned team group within the app. Please download the app ahead of time — invitations will be sent as soon as rosters are finalized for the season.

Players must provide their own equipment.

Equipment Needed:

- Cleats

- Mouthpiece (plus a couple extra for tournaments)

- Water Jug (please put a name on it)

- Soft Shell Helmet if wanted (Not Required)

All practices are held at McClintock High School-1830 E Del Rio Dr., Tempe, AZ 85282 or a nearby park.

 First practice is Saturday 1/3, 8:30 - 10:30am

Remaining practice are on Wednesdays in the month of January:

1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28. 6:00-7:30pm
